UK master developer hires head of sustainability

Urban&Civic has appointed Richard Quartermaine as head of sustainability.
He will be responsible for the implementation the UK developer’s sustainability framework, which includes targets for net zero operational carbon emissions by 2030 and net zero embodied carbon emissions by 2040.
