Galvanise hires asset management head for sustainable real estate
Galvanize Climate Solutions has named Alex Munoz as vice president of asset management for its sustainable real estate strategy.
Prior to joining Galvanize, Munoz served as principal at GI Partners, where he oversaw northeast real estate investments in life sciences and data centres. His previous experience includes roles at Goldman Sachs and PGIM Real Estate.
Joseph Sumberg, head of Galvanize Real Estate, said: “While at Goldman Sachs, Alex was an early adopter of ESG initiatives and proactively implemented sustainability programs within the assets that he managed to create value. I’m ecstatic to have Alex join the Galvanize Real Estate team where he will reunite with many of his former colleagues.”
