ESR forms Greater Bay Area sustainability alliance

ESR Group will team up with power company CLP to develop sustainable data centres and logistics centres in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area of China.
The “new economy” real estate investment manager has signed a memorandum of understanding with CLP Power Hong Kong Limited, which produces 80% of Hong Kong’s electricity, and CLPe Group, which provides low carbon energy solutions.
