Enertiv raises $9 million in funding

Proptech firm Enertiv has raised $9 million for its latest funding round.
The Enertiv platform includes property and asset management modules, including one for energy and ESG.
The New York-based company said the latest funding would help it develop “the first end-to-end ESG solution, which is built to support a transition from portfolio-level benchmarking to achieving quantifiable carbon reductions”.
The latest raise was co-led by Commonweal Ventures and GroundBreak Ventures.
