British Land launches Canada Water masterplan

British Land has unveiled its masterplan for a 53-acre site in London's Docklands.
The UK real estate investment trust describes the Canada Water project as a "once in a lifetime" regeneration scheme, which will create a "net zero neighbourhood" by 2030. It is a 50:50 joint venture between British Land and AustralianSuper.
